§ 4. Use regulations.

A building or premises in the PIM district shall only be used for the following purposes:
1.

Multiple family dwelling units including owner occupied and rental units.

2.

Accessory buildings and structures and spaces customarily incidental to the allowed uses.

3.

Open space that is permanently dedicated and guaranteed in perpetuity, by covenant, to stay in an open space configuration.
