The regulations set forth in this article are the regulations in the PA public activity district. The PA district is intended to accommodate those uses and groupings of uses which have a distinctly public rather than private character and to encourage the retention of certain properties in a relatively undeveloped state, such as a public or private recreation use. These regulations are supplemented and qualified by additional general regulations appearing elsewhere in this ordinance and which are incorporated as a part of this article by reference.
