§ 2. [Effect of amendments.]

Wherever a section or part of this ordinance is adopted as part of another section of this ordinance by specific reference, the adopting section shall be interpreted with regard for any additions, modifications, changes or amendments to the adopted section, part or portion which were enacted subsequent to the time of adoption.
