§ 10-1. Statutory authorization.

The Legislature of the State of Missouri has in RSMo 79.110 delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt floodplain management regulations designed to protect the health, safety, and general welfare. Therefore, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Ballwin, Missouri ordains as follows.
