§ 11-33. Inspections.

The department of public works will conduct inspections of storm water BMPs as follows and at such time the area(s) is(are) accessible:

(1)

Receipt of notification from the permittee that BMPs are in place;

(2)

Receipt of a complaint;

(3)

Heavy rain storm;

(4)

Receipt of notification from the permittee that the construction season is closing;

(5)

Receipt of notification from the permittee that the final grading is complete;

(6)

Completion of the revegetation of the site.
