§ 13-24. Inspection fees.

(a)

A fee of $100.00 shall be paid to the city and shall accompany each request for inspection of a single-family dwelling. For the purpose of this section, a dwelling unit occupied as a condominium shall be considered a single-family dwelling.

(b)

Except as otherwise provided, a fee of $30.00 for each inspection shall be paid to the city and shall accompany each request for inspection of a dwelling unit in a multifamily dwelling.

(c)

A fee of $25.00 shall be charged for each reinspection. This fee shall be paid before another inspection is scheduled. A reinspection fee shall be charged for all inspections after a first reinspection in made. No reinspection fee shall apply for reinspections because of life safety violation in conjunction with a code compliance agreement pursuant to section 13-34.
