§ 14-101. City clerk to be notified of sale or lease.

Any manufacturer who shall lease or sell any portion of his premises or place of business to another whose employees will not be included in any statement of the lessor to the city shall report the fact of such sale or lease together with the name and address of the purchaser or lessee in writing to the city clerk. Such report shall be made within five days after such purchaser or lessee has taken possession and shall include a general description of the operations of such purchaser or lessee.
