§ 14-294. Penalty.

Any person who conducts or permits the conduct of an auction or sale of merchandise on his real property without obtaining a license shall upon being found guilty be fined $50.00 for the first offense and $200.00 for each subsequent violation. Each day of sale shall be considered a separate offense.
