§ 15-51. Authority to establish traffic violations bureau and appoint clerk.

(a)

The municipal court of the city is hereby authorized and directed to establish a traffic violations bureau as defined in rule 37.50 of the supreme court of the state.

(b)

The municipal court of the city is also directed to appoint by order a violations clerk for the traffic violations bureau and by order designate the traffic offenses within the authority of the violations clerk, subject to the powers and limitations contained in such rule 37.50 of the supreme court of the state.
