§ 15-263. Housing of motor-driven vehicles in excess of two.

Except as may be otherwise provided in this chapter, the owner or resident of property in any residential area shall provide parking for motor-driven vehicles within an enclosed structure for all such vehicles in excess of one vehicle for each licensed driver resident, plus one additional vehicle in addition to the vehicle total provided above, where such vehicles are regularly parked overnight at such property.
