§ 15-283. Handicapped parking; penalties.

Vehicles parked in spaces designated for the handicapped that do not bear a permit sticker issued by a governmental agency, as visual evidence of handicap shall be subject to a penalty of $100.00, and the vehicle shall be immediately removed as provided by section 15-277.
