§ 15-341. Placement.

The director of public works when directed by the board of aldermen and, whenever necessary, in cooperation with the traffic commissioners of the county or the state highways and transportation department, shall place and maintain traffic control signals, signs and devices at the intersections or locations described in schedule M (section 15-488). There may be traffic control signals, devices or signs at such other intersections or locations as may be established by ordinance and described in such schedule M (section 15-488).
