§ 16-5. Additional court costs; training of law enforcement officers.

An additional court cost fee of $1.00 is to be collected in each court case, except fish and game violations. No such fee shall be collected in any case when the case for defendant has been dismissed by the court. The additional $1.00 court cost collected in all cases classified in this section by the clerk of the court shall be kept in a separate fund and there shall be a separate accounting of such fund. Such fund may only be used to pay for the training of police officers of this city or for the training of other law enforcement officers employed or appointed by the city.
