§ 16-53. Duties of clerk generally.

The clerk of the Ballwin municipal division of the county circuit court shall perform such duties and have such authority as may be prescribed by statute, ordinance and court rule, or as may be otherwise prescribed by the presiding judge of the county circuit court and by the municipal judge.
