§ 18-61. Green fees; payment required.

(a)

Except for those persons who may be specifically exempted, no person shall play upon any golf courses owned or operated by the city without first paying the green fees required of such player by the city.

(b)

The fees for the use of the municipal golf course for winter rates, per nine and 18 holes, shall be 50 percent less than the regular rates established in the table below.

(c)

The schedule for the winter rates shall be determined annually, based on weather conditions, by the golf professional.

(d)

The fees for the use of the municipal golf course for the prime golf season for nine and 18 holes are established as follows:

(e)

Cart rental fees shall be $6.00 per person per nine holes. Single riders shall not be allowed, provided, however, single use shall be allowed when no other alternative for sharing or using a golf cart exists. Golf cart fees shall apply for cart use whether or not a rider is a player or an observer. These fees shall apply on a year round basis.
