§ 20-92. Amendment or modification of plan.

The plan set out in this article may be amended, modified or terminated by the city at any time, and any such amendment or modification shall be by ordinance approved by a majority of the elected members of the board of aldermen; provided, however, that no such amendment, modification or termination shall require any approval by the voters of the city.
