§ 23-4. Storage of infectious, hazardous and special wastes.

(a)

No person possessing or generating infectious, hazardous or special waste shall permit such infectious, hazardous or special waste to be placed in storage containers ordinarily used for waste that is not infectious, hazardous or special waste, as the case may be.

(b)

No person possessing or generating infectious, hazardous or special waste shall place such waste in storage containers which are not clearly marked "Infectious Waste," "Hazardous Waste," or "Special Waste," as the case may be.
