§ 24-1. Requirements for acceptance of street.

(a)

No road, street or thoroughfare within the city shall be accepted by the board of aldermen as a public street unless the street is constructed according to the plans and specifications of the city.

(b)

The plans and specifications mentioned in subsection (a) shall include plans and specifications for type of construction and surfacing and also for width.
