§ 25-75. Violations; penalties.

(a)

Any person who violates the provisions of this division shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-6. Any person who constructs or begins to construct any structure in any subdivision which does not contain storm sewers as required by this division shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this division.

(b)

Any permit for construction or any approval of a plat made in violation of this division shall be null and void.
