§ 25-97. Plats and construction of buildings not to be approved if streets not minimum width.

The city engineer, board of aldermen or any other official or officials of the city or their deputies or agents shall not approve the plat of any subdivision unless the streets provided for therein comply with the provisions of this chapter. Any approval or any permit for the construction of any building in any subdivision which does not contain streets complying with the provisions of this chapter for which a subdivision plat was approved shall be void.
