§ 26-91. Required for construction or alteration of pools.

No person, whether as owner, contractor, employee or agent, shall construct, alter, improve, remodel, remove or demolish; nor authorize, commence or assist in the construction, alteration, improvement, remodeling, removal or demolition of a family pool unless there has previously been filed with the building commissioner an application in writing for a building or demolition permit, and such permit has been issued, for a family pool.
