§ 26-116. Conformance with standards required.

No family pool shall be constructed, improved, remodeled or altered and no permit for such construction, improvement, remodeling or alteration shall be issued unless the minimum design and construction requirements as set out in this division are observed in connection with such construction, improvement, remodeling or alteration.
