§ 29-4. Charges for use of city equipment and employees.

If it is necessary to use city equipment and employees to cut weeds, charges shall be made at the following rates:

(1)

For each piece of mechanical equipment, together with its operator, per hour or fraction thereof ..... $75.00

(2)

For each additional employee, with nonmechanical equipment, per hour or fraction thereof ..... $25.00
