§ 3-1. Sale or consumption in public places.

Latest version.

No person shall sell or consume, either in a vehicle or otherwise, any intoxicating liquors, as defined in section 1-2, upon any public street, highway or thoroughfare, sidewalk or alley, or within 15 feet from either side thereof, or in any other public place within the city.
