§ 3-199. Same—Fees.

(a)

For a license as required by this division, there shall be paid to the city clerk annual charges as follows:

For a manufacturer, distiller or brewer of intoxicating liquor\$ 350.00

For a wholesaler or wholesale liquor dealing agent of intoxicating liquor\375.00

(b)

In addition to the license fees provided in this section, the licensee shall pay gallonage charges as required, and similar to such requirements as those provided by law to be paid to the state, in an amount 1½ times that required by the state for such gallonage tax.
