§ 6-46. Established.

There is hereby established a commission for the preservation and enhancement of Ballwin's history and heritage. The commission shall be known as the Ballwin Historical Commission. Members of the commission preferably shall be residents of the city, but no residency restriction shall apply to appointments to the commission. Any person interested in the history of the city and/or historic preservation in the city may serve.
