§ 6-111. Jurisdiction.

The board of adjustment shall have jurisdiction under chapter 13 to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged by any aggrieved person that there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination relating to the condemning and placarding of a dwelling or dwelling unit as unfit for human habitation made by the building commissioner or any other person charged with the enforcement of chapter 13.
