§ 6-115. Notice and hearing.

The board of adjustment shall hold a hearing at its next regularly scheduled meeting following the receipt of a notice of appeal, providing that a 15-day period of advertisement has been met. Notice of the time and place of the hearing shall be sent by mail to the appellant a minimum of ten days prior to the hearing.
