§ 6-117. Review of decisions of board of adjustment.

(a)

Any decision of the board of adjustment under this division shall be subject to review by a writ of certiorari from any court of competent jurisdiction.

(b)

The appellant shall be liable for any expenses or costs for surveys, investigations or hearings of the board.
