§ 7-258. Fees.

(a)

A fee of $100.00 shall be paid to the city and shall accompany each request for inspection of a nonresidential building or portion thereof having a floor area of 1,500 sq. ft. or less. Buildings having a floor area in excess of 1,500 sq. ft. shall pay, in addition to the base fee of $100.00, an additional amount determined by multiplying the square footage in excess of 1,500 sq. ft by $0.02.

(b)

The fee for an occupancy permit shall be $15.00 for each nonresidential building, or portion thereof, to be occupied.
