§ 14. Recording of final site development plan.

Within 120 days of the date of approval of the final development plan by the board of aldermen, the petitioner shall record a copy of said plan in the office of the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds. No building, construction or grading permits shall be issued until such recording is completed and a copy of the recorded document is provided to the city planner.
