§ 5. Height regulations.

Maximum height. The maximum height of any structure in the PIM district shall be the mean of the maximum structure heights allowed in all of the adjoining districts. In no case shall the maximum height exceed 45 feet.

2.

Setback height. The maximum height of any structure, including fences, within the required yard setback from any property line abutting a non PIM district or a publicly dedicated roadway shall be eight feet. Except as outlined herein, the height of any part of any structure shall not exceed the distance of that portion of the structure from the property line plus eight feet.
