§ 16-29. Same—Compensation.

Latest version.

For any session of the Ballwin Municipal Division of the county circuit court at which he presides, a provisional judge shall be paid 75 percent of compensation established for the municipal judge for that session and the municipal judge shall receive 25 percent of the compensation established for that session.
