§ 21-4. Surveys of system to be made.

The health commissioner shall cause to be made such surveys, investigations and studies of sewage, sewerage systems and streams receiving sewage as may be necessary to determine that all sewerage systems are installed, operated and maintained in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and any rule or regulation adopted hereunder.
