§ 2-33. Personnel rules and regulations adopted.

The personnel rules and regulations adopted by the board of aldermen, are made a part hereof to be effective immediately and thereafter until amended or repealed. The rules adopted by this article are to be distributed to all employees and a copy is to be maintained in the personnel office of the city for inspection by employees of the city and public. All other personnel rules and regulations shall remain effective as written and adopted by the board of aldermen.
