Editor's note

Ord. No. 99-16, § 2, adopted March 8, 1999, consolidated the adoption of several county codes into one section and therefore necessitated the deletion of §§ 7-43 and 7-44. Former § 7-42 pertained to the saving of the plumbing ordinance from repeal and derived from the Code of 1973, § 18-1 and Ord. No. 1042, § 3, adopted May 14, 1973. Ord. No. 2540, § 1, adopted Aug. 26, 1997, (represented in this Code as § 7-41) effectively repealed the provisions of former § 7-42.
